Fl Joins As Plaintiff In Generic Drug Lawsuit

The state of Florida joined a civil whistle-blower lawsuit alleging three generic drug makers defrauded the state Medicaid program of $25 million from 1994 to '04. The suit seeks triple damages and names Mylan, Teva and Watson for alleged inflating of drug prices and costs used to set Medicaid payments.
